Payments

We currently accept payments through Google Checkout and Paypal. Your payments are run through a secure payment gateway to ensure your shopping security.

 

Shipping

Due to the way our shopping cart is configured, if you live outside of the US, Canada or the UK, please email us and we will add your region to our cart to enable you to check out. International Customers please note that our shipping charges do not include custom or VAT charges. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

To keep costs down, once your order is placed, we will have your jewelry in the mail within 5 business days. Please use the following options:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Cin~So Jewelry is not responsible for time of delivery or undeliverable packages due to a wrong address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We at Cin~So take great pride in the quality of our work and our attention to detail. However, we do want you to have a great shopping experience and want you to return. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date in its original unused condition (less shipping & insurance charges). Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment.

Please follow the listed steps to return your order. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval.

1. Contact us at service@cinsojewelry.com and request a Return Authorization Code for your order.
2. Print the Return Form and fill it out. Please include the Return Authorization Code on this form and on the outside of the package.
3. Please do not mark "jewelry" on the outside of the package.

We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item(s) is/are insured. All SALE items are considered to be a final sale and are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.

 

Cancellations

We will only accept cancellations if we are notified by email at service@cinsojewelry.com, within the first 24 hours after placing an order. There will be no cancellations on "special request" orders.
